
Hygiene Fresh FZE is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and accelerate business growth across the UAE. If you have a strong background in the hygiene, tissue, air care, or cleaning consumables industry and are passionate about building high-performing teams and lasting client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE, with a focus on the HoReCa, corporate, healthcare, and facility management sectors.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers while expanding the client portfolio.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
Drive sales through effective negotiation, relationship management, and consistent follow-up.
Develop and implement sales strategies to improve team performance and market penetration.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights.
Collaborate with management to enhance customer satisfaction and expand product reach.
Minimum 7 years of sales experience in hygiene products, tissue products, air care solutions, or cleaning consumables.
Strong knowledge of the UAE market, particularly the HoReCa and B2B segments.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, growing revenue, and leading high-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
